Jereme Dudzinski Foundation

The Jereme Dudzinski Foundation was created in memory of our son, brother, and friend who passed away from complications of cancer November 27, 2013.

Jereme was one of the most caring and giving persons you could meet. Jereme was the person that friends would call for help, whether it be for advice, support, or help with a project. He was also an avid sports fan. Whether it was playing, watching, or coaching, he loved sports. He earned all-conference honors as a cent...er on Belle Vernon Area High School football team, and he continued his football career at Duquesne University until injuries forced him to give up the game that he loved. He was an active youth football and basketball coach, and he also assisted the high school teams in his spare time. He was also an active member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Belle Vernon.

There was nothing more important to him than family though. He loved family functions. Whether it was holiday gatherings, birthday celebration, or family parties, Jereme’s joy and laughter was contagious. No family member was safe from his pranks, being tossed in the pool, or studio wrestling moves. He loved his play time with his niece and nephew, as well as with his friends’ children. If a birthday or Christmas present needed built or assembled, Jereme was the one that put everything else aside and jumped right on it. He cherished his time with his grandparents. It didn’t matter what they asked him to do, he would do it for them. He even gave up his bedroom in order for the family to take care of them.

In his honor, we would like to continue to help as many people that we can. Hopefully with this foundation, his caring and giving attitude will continue on through all of us
